Yeah, with the new regulations that kinda passed, Nicced juices aren't allowed over the border anymore, half the time they'll refuse juice even without Nic, because they'd have to send it to a lab to verify, and that's a bunch of fuckin nonsense that nobody wants to deal with. I'm gonna have a chat with one of my buddies who works in a vape shop, and ask them how they get by the Customs bullshit, because they get American juices and Nicced juices all the time, so there's obviously a viable way

They probably just make a run across the border...
Although that made me laugh thinking of them literally running across the border with boxes of Ejuice, I know they order it wholesale online, from different suppliers, so there has to be an actual way of getting it through customs legally. Maybe I'll just make a list and get them to order it for me, just pay them to do it for me, save me the effort lol
I can't believe they class e-juice with nicotine as a "prescription drug" - HAH! Since when has e-juice, or nicotine for that matter, been a prescription drug? It also chaps my ass to see them list the package contents as "Electronic *Smoking* Products". If these damn bureaucratic yahoos don't soon give it up - well - I know there's not a damn thing anyone can do about it yet, but MAN it ticks me off!! 
I'm in the process of trying to find the best source for liquid nic, PG, and VG in Canada, and I came across this thread so I thought I'd share my 2 cents.
@James , what happens when they seize a shipment? Do they return it to the sender, and are you given a refund.......or, are you out the cash? I'm totally green to this type of situation, hence the ask.... I *may* try to order in liquid nicotine for DIY from the US, depending on what I discover with my research. I've heard tell that several have been able to order it from various companies without a problem, while others haven't been so lucky. It's a gamble, I guess!
