Sorry that you had problems building, I thought it was easy to build but I've been into RBA's for a long time. I love mine. It really isn't too difficult especially if you've build a kayfun before. The only thing you need to remember is to leave the chimney tube on when you do a build, if you don't leave the ring on, you could have some arcing issues when you put it back together. other than that, the deck is great and I was able to build a double barrel easily as my very first build. I'll post a pic or two of my build.
