(So not sure if this is the correct place to put the topic but I just want everyone to know how bad they are and never order from them). So I placed an order on the 12th or 13th of this month from GEARBEST.COM. Mind you all this was for a pre-order item. A day later I ordered some other vape mail items. While waiting for the pre-ordered item they texted me on the 29th saying sorry we cannot deliver this item and would like to give you store credit OR a replacement item of same value.(me) WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can a pre-ordered item not be available to those who had pre-ordered and they waited this long to tell me this?!? So I emailed them very mad and said "So you are telling me that I must wait another 3 weeks (totaling a month & a 1/2) for you guys screwing up on my pre-order & you want me to accept the bullshit offers you have to give me". I said no I just want my money back in USD not a store credit. They said it would be 7-25 days for the refund. Meanwhile my 2nd order was to be here on the same day they called, the 29th. Lord and behold around 1pm I get a text saying sorry we cannot deliver your items call customer service. Now I'm furious!!! So I called and they said the delivery guy said I had moved. CAN YOU BELIEVE THE NERVE OF THEM saying that I moved when I've been home all day waiting on them? I even went to the office and asked the owner if the DHL truck come and she said no they lied to you. So now on the tracking site it says recipient moved status. I'm at a lost for words (Now the customer service lady said she sent an email to the delivery warehouse to tell them to redeliver, still nothing). Idk what to expect at this moment. What do you guys think I should do?
