(So not sure if this is the correct place to put the topic but I just want everyone to know how bad they are and never order from them). So I placed an order on the 12th or 13th of this month from GEARBEST.COM. Mind you all this was for a pre-order item. A day later I ordered some other vape mail items. While waiting for the pre-ordered item they texted me on the 29th saying sorry we cannot deliver this item and would like to give you store credit OR a replacement item of same value.(me) WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can a pre-ordered item not be available to those who had pre-ordered and they waited this long to tell me this?!? So I emailed them very mad and said "So you are telling me that I must wait another 3 weeks (totaling a month & a 1/2) for you guys screwing up on my pre-order & you want me to accept the bullshit offers you have to give me". I said no I just want my money back in USD not a store credit. They said it would be 7-25 days for the refund. Meanwhile my 2nd order was to be here on the same day they called, the 29th. Lord and behold around 1pm I get a text saying sorry we cannot deliver your items call customer service. Now I'm furious!!! So I called and they said the delivery guy said I had moved. CAN YOU BELIEVE THE NERVE OF THEM saying that I moved when I've been home all day waiting on them? I even went to the office and asked the owner if the DHL truck come and she said no they lied to you. So now on the tracking site it says recipient moved status. I'm at a lost for words (Now the customer service lady said she sent an email to the delivery warehouse to tell them to redeliver, still nothing). Idk what to expect at this moment. What do you guys think I should do?

I hear more negative then positive about GB...thats why I dont order from them. The one order I placed from them was months ago when they first were showing of the TFV4 Quad Clapton Coil and Triple RBA...it took almost a month before they sent it out and that was after I email them 3 times...

Funny thing about it is that about 4 months ago I had another issue with them but I decided to give them another chance. What a fool I'am. Never ever ever ever again.

I have not heard anything good either. If I were you I would dispute the charges if they refuse to issue a refund. Based on what I have read in this forum I will not order from them.

I was about to place my "First Ever" order with them (been deciding if I should try them out or not) but after seeing all of this, I think I wont try them out now since its a hit or miss for them on an order.

Ah yes. Yet another horror story coming from good ole GearWorst! They have the shittiest and the most sketchiest way of doing presales. They put a product on presale, say for a month. So you put in your order for it. When the month is over, they extend it for longer, and so forth. They just want your money. They honestly never know a date the product will be out. So they try suckering yiu in again by lowering the second cycle of presales. Also once in a while during the presale they will automatically refund you without saying a word. I had to check my spam email for a reasoning for why they refunded me. Their reason was because they never had it in stock!!!! So then they ask if I want to order something else with that price, and they would throw in a extra silicone case for a mod I don't own! LMAO...fuck that shit. I got my refund, and never looked back. I will buy stateside no matter what the price is...the end :)

Prayers are still needed for my dad!

Quick question. On the Samsung 25Rs, they are listed as ON SALE. The sale counter is still at 2 days and whatever hours and counting down.
When I put them in my cart...no sale price.
Samsung 25Rs are also listed as FREE SHIPPING.
When I put them in my cart.....a $2.00 flat rate shipping charge.

What's up with that?

My one experience with their flash sales (which will also be my last) was as sketchy as it gets. The website was acting super weird, some prices not showing up correctly when I added them to my cart. Eventually, I got everything showing up in my cart correctly, but at some point during the checkout process, the prices reverted to full price, the result being that I was overcharged by about $40. They offered a total bullshit explanation involving exchange rates, then offered to cancel my order and give me store credit. I doubt I'll ever experience a more blatantly fraudulent online shopping experience in my life. A paypal dispute got me my refund, but never again with gear"best". Twas a very shitty experience.

So on March 29th I order a red battery cover for my existing RX200. Cost -$4.38. Using the points I had accrued, final cost - $3.08. Today I get my mail and what's in it? A complete new red and black RX200. *L* I checked my pay pal and bank accounts, the $3.08 is the only charge taken out.
I've never been one to quietly keep mistakes, so I'm alerting Zarya. But because this is Gear Best, this one really tested me.

Wow! Sorry to hear about all of the horror stories. Do you all work for Fasttech or something? I started ordering from them on Dec 19, 2015, and 10 orders later and $283.71 poorer, I am still happy with them. The quickest free shipping order had taken 6 days and the longest was 6 weeks.

I haven't had any bad experiences since my first order, which never arrived.
Zarya eventually took care of my first order fiasco. If you have a problem, contact
her and she'll try her best to sort things out.

I want to point out that I now avoid the free shipping option and choose the tracking
up-charge, which is usually offset by the points I've accumulated. Surprisingly,
my last order including 18650 batts arrived within one week of being placed.


- I avoid pre-orders from all vendors as ETA's are seldom accurate due to manufacturing
delays

- They're inventory count has vastly improved
