Paypal refunds can take up to a business week in my experience. Though I imagine they'd still refund you either way.
Hmm, where'd she get those coils? (btw mine are still going strong!)Here's a review done yesterday by Zophie:
HAHA beat me to it. Yeah, there's a reason I don't trust these youtube reviewers, and this is a perfect demonstration. I know the coils are on point, but take a little elbow grease to get working just right (I've been running the exact same coils in my 22mm Griffin for the last 2.5 months). I honestly can't think of any of the reviewers that I'd trust as a technical advice source, but they're not trying to fill that role for the most part (many of them do some minor dabbling in that) but they're simply advertising and they do that just fine. As an aside, I'm sure you've heard of it, but if you feel like succumbing to shinyitis check out the Boreas, very similar to the Supreme at a lower price point and just one hell of a device, my only complaint about it is the monstrous size of it, but compared to the supreme it'd be pretty close. She's easy on the eye's but not the most technical/smartest reviewer out there. She complains about the wick retaining ring constantly but at the beginning of the video removes it to get the ceramic block out. Here's a thought, if you don't like it, remove it. On top of that she's using two .25 ohm coils in parallel then says it ohms out to .07. She obviously has a problem, it should come out to .125 ohms.
I have the Aromamizer Supreme, Billow V3 Plus, and Griffin 25mm (all 25mm tanks). I'd rank them as follows:
1. Aromamizer Supreme (clear #1 imo)
2. Billow V3 Plus
3. Griffin 25mm
YMMV
Cheers,
Steve
That could be the case. When I install dual coil builds, I put on the first coil, snip the leads then check my resistance. Then check it again after installing the second coil. If it isn't very close to half of the first reading, I know I'm probably having a connection/short issue.Yeah, the rated resistance for the aliens she's using is based on a 2mm lead length. I noticed that she pushed them right up to the posts, which will decrease the resistance. Even so, the pair should come out to around 0.10Ω in a dual coil setup if installed right next to the posts. She may have removed a wrap during an edit.
That may be the reason, but I pushed mine right into the posts, stretched, reset, stretched, worked the coils for hotspots, and ended up with .12-.14Ω reading on my mods (variance easily attributed to inaccuracies in the reader and heat), either way I KNOW the coils aren't the blame, they're fucking beautiful and vape like a fucking volcano that gives you pleasure rather than pain. Just I have to question her methods when getting that low resistance, obviously something is amiss. My feelings for your coils (all the ones I got) can only be described as:Yeah, the rated resistance for the aliens she's using is based on a 2mm lead length. I noticed that she pushed them right up to the posts, which will decrease the resistance.
My thoughts exactly Ray!Do you think 2mm or 3mm would make that much of a difference? I was thinking a wrap was touching the post, cutting off a complete wrap from the equation on both coils.
This is why I'd love if someone who actually did these crazy builds would do a review channel. My person favorite is Twisted420 because he's silly, but none of them do I trust to give me any accurate advice, just a review of the basic look of things. Anyways, Glad you got some press Chef, advertisement is great and it certainly worked well in that regard as the coils do look just like they are, fucking beautiful. I'm sure anyone in the know ruffled an eyebrow at the results, but it's easy to tell that it's not the result of the coils but of mismanagement. Anyways her other comments about light wicking struck me as off as well. I scottish roll the 22mm Griffin and it's just awesome. I have to take a 8s pulse to catch a dry hit, or chain it like 4X in a row at my normal 3s pulses to get that result. I've started wicking everything but my Diablo that way and it's worked out very favorably. If you look at the video the coil thats closest to the camera when pulsing doesnt have as many wraps glowing in the center (2 wraps glow) while the other coil is glowing 3 wraps...I think the coil closest to the camera coil is touching the posts as it would make since why its glowing like that.
Bottom coil , the second wrap in on both sides seem to be touching the posts
Here's a review done yesterday by Zophie:
Exactly, I watch them when the pictures I've seen aren't sufficient. That or if I happen to see one linked, I'm bored and figure what the hell.I dont watch reviews for products knowledge, usually just for visual identification and the entertainment...You wont learn much from a reviewer as they only know what they are told by the company its sent from....which you could find out by checking the sites of those companies.
Them boobies spoke some gospel, you'd be surprised on how much affect them boobies have on the male* species
I don't know how anyone can not like boobies, I can understand some men and many ladies don't necessarily feel attracted to ladies, but boobies are boobies. I mean look how cute they are!
Works for beer and cars why not for vape gear. LolThe boobs must have worked for Boreas. She got 43k views on her review of it, which was 3x more than any other reviewer.
Or even a pair of Jugs can be nice around the house
holy shit this is funny!!!The ORIGINAL girly ass twink boy
The ORIGINAL girly ass twink boy
I'm gonna have to turn that one down. Afro's and aging skin just aren't my thing.
Don't think he falls into the TWINK category. Not going to lie I read that and was like "wtf you mean a lower level character that you gave a bunch of good gear to so they could play on easy mode?" but I figured my old MMO days were just getting the better of me. And, apparently they were...http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=twinkHere ya go:
Here ya go:
Overly hetero is an interesting phrase, but I did avoid looking at images for "twink" due to the majority of the google search hitsThat'd be a 'hunk'.
My type of male is usually called a 'femboy', google image that if you want insight. Safe search on for you overly hetero types.
Crossdressing fragile bitch boys is another good term for my type. That's the less polite term.
