Give a little whistle?

I just bought my 1st RDA, a Tugboat v2. Some of you are probably laughing under your breath already, because in my research before posting this, I discovered that the Tugboats are notorious for whistling.

I've read that countersinking the air holes fixes this problem, and wondered if anyone has tried it?

I've found that for my rdas that exhibit an annoying whistle, countersinking/beveling the air hole usually does solve the problem. Tugboat shouldn't be any different.
