Goon v2 clone

I recently purchased a Goon v2 clone and I like it. Good flavor and a lot of vapor. But it gets really hot after only a couple of puffs, to the point of almost burning my lips. And the mouthpiece is a big bigger than I'd like. Is there anything I can do about either of these issues? I'm currently using it as an RDA but will be converting it into a squonk tank as soon as I get a hex wrench that's big enough to install the bottom feeder pin.

Same thing happened to me. I just couldn't use it any longer.

I just figured out that the top section of the crappy Coral RDA that came with my Pico Squeeze fits on top of the Goon v2 clone, and still allows adjustable air flow. And it has a smaller diameter drip tip so it's much easier for me to use. Yay! With it being a little taller, I'm hoping I can get a few more draws from it before it becomes unbearably hot.

I had originally tried it with only one coil and it didn't heat up too much, but I also wasn't getting as good flavor with it. So I guess it's a trade-off. It'll do for now until I can afford a different one to try. And it's not like I don't have other tanks I use on my other mods. I swap between four of them all day long.
