That said, it doesn't matter how many times he was shot. The only thing that matters is if shooting him was lawful. If it's lawful to shoot him once, it's lawful to shoot him 20 times.
What the detectives and courts have to decide, is whether or not the cell phone could possibly be mistaken for a gun. They never showed a picture of what the phone looked like. I can remember when there was a ruccus regarding cell phones that were made to look like guns.
