I personally know several veterans with immigrant wives. My daughter-in-law is married to my veteran son. Nobody is deporting her. But these wives are LEGAL immigrants.
If somebody, including a soldier or veteran, hooks up with an ILLEGAL immigrant, the ILLEGAL immigrant is subject to deportation. Not a single family member of mine, my wife or kids, is given immunity from the law because I am a veteran. They get traffic tickets. They'll get charged with a crime if they commit a crime. Just like everybody else.
