If they cannot peacefully apply for asylum and wait for their courts dates, they don't belong here. As Arthur said "refugees don't storm in", that is he acts of invaders will Ill intent. There is really no non-lethal way to stop a 4,000 person mob. Hoses and stun batons ain't gonna cut it. Remember, rocks can be lethal. I say shoot em if they cannot be peaceful.

There is a difference between seeking asylum, and invading. Asylum seekers do not need to use violence, and will enter peacefully. If they throw rocks, they are not peaceful,and will likely be criminals.
