Both sides want some kind of war. All of the "first world" powers build their armies around the idea of fighting other armies. They are not spending all that money so they can let shit rust. They are going to use it and these limited skirmishes against goat herders with ak-47 isn't cutting it.

I warned my dead dog that is was election fraud for him to vote.
He informed me that he was smarter than 1/3 of the population.
He got me on that, I had to concede the point.

Does the constitution specify that animals can't vote?
He was a native born American of the required age before he started voting.
