I was in Montana...the people of Montana let each other drive their cattle across each other's land to get their cattle to market. or to grazing....Californians moved in..they won't let people drive cattle across theri land so their neighbors now have to truck their cattle around the Californians land to get them to market...it cost more to everyone......
