A friend of mine recently started vaping, and relly likes Hangsen Red Tobacco (he was a heavy smoker).
Now, I'd like to help him out with even cheaper juice, as an extra incentive to keep vaping. I see that Hangsen offers his preferred juice as a flavor concentrate, but I'm a little unsure of the percentage of flavoring needed to replicate the pre-made stuff. Any insight? I found this, but it doesnt make sense to me:

Essence is the key to a bottle of excellent liquid. Essence contains the majority of tobacco extracted ingredients and drives the taste and smoothness of a bottle of finished liquid. There are tobacco essence (Such as USA Mix, Gold&Silver) and neutral essence (with no flavour). The former is used to create standard liquid with solvent. The later has to be combined with flavouring and solvent to make a bottle of liquid. There is no nicotine in the essence.Note: When mixing a bottle of DIY liquid, our recommended ratio is 30% tobacco essence with 70% solvent or 25% neutral essence with 5% flavouring and 70% solvent.[quote/]
