have I been ripped off for close to 300$ ?I made an order from angel cigs that they said shipped from the U.S.warehouse in California to me in Georgia on dec 21 with the expected delivery day of dec. 24th however it was not sent to me it is now jan 3 the usps said it was sent to wrong address and angel cigs will not answer my multiple emails I don't know what to do being that they have no # this really sucks !

Whose fault was that? Did you give them the wrong address or did they send it to the wrong address? Having done business via mail order and internet since 2000, I have seen more than my fair share of customers who seem to not know where they live/work. That's why I ask.

If they are in the wrong and will not make it right, do a chargeback if you paid direct with credit card or file a paypal dispute if you paid via paypal.

You'll forgive me, I don't even know angel cigs but every time one of you guys comes on to the forum just to 'neg rep' some company, it always makes me suspicious.

If you paid with a card you haven't been ripped off. And your story doesn't mention anything about how many times you've tried to contact them.
The real bad part is if it's a reputable vendor (such as Angel Cigs, although I haven't used them since the inflation of shipping) on this forum it usually resolved. But I do understand $300 worth of goods is something I'd be concerned about. Yes can do charge back but it has been the holidays and shipments do get delayed around this time, unless you have a tracking number that says it was delivered I wouldn't have been so worried so quickly. If it does say delivered I'd worry for sure. And when I order something I want the order more than I want the money! That's why I spent the money for the goods ;)

That's true, but we just get back from new year holiday from Dec 31. we are 1 day ahead of USA, so actually there are 4 days we dont work. if this guy sent email on USA time Dec 31 and complaint for no email reply. that make sense. i dont get his order number yet, but we never did something that charge money but not delivery goods. even someone try to act this, credit card and paypal will stop this.

Wow, bit of a silly expectation to expect shipping to run normally over Christmas peak or contacting businesses to be normal over Xmas and New Year, maybe chill out next time OP...

I'm sorry I had to write here to get a response because it has been a week with out one .basicly usps is telling me it's an error from sender and your saying it's with usps all I know is my package was lost or what ever since the 21st .thank you for responding but ur still telling me the same thing .the package is not shipping it is lost what do I need to do to get refund or a new shipment i understand that to most company's 250$- 300$ is not a big deal but it is to me

well i can sort of answer that for ups it was a holiday from friday night to monday the 4th of jan. usps could have done something similar

A "tracking number" is not an "order number." A tracking number is something you receive from the sender when they ship you something, to allow you to check the progress of your order through the shipping system. Surely you must know this?

Did you get a tracking number from the seller or did you not? If you did: What does the shipper's tracking system say about the status of your package?

your welcome to be mad and if i infre the right information. your item was ordered around dec 21 2015 from the us warehouse of angelcigs and no tracking number was provided by angelcigs. is it possible that said item became backordered and that slowed it down. is it possible the holiday in general has messed things up. was said item in stock at the us warehouse.

No tracking number tells no that it has not shipped yet

well i can sort of answer that for ups it was a holiday from friday night to monday the 4th of jan. usps could have done something similar
The package was lost I just want some one to fix this that is all .I have ordered several other things after this item was shipped and everything else already has been delivered days ago. USPS is only closed x-mas day ,new years day and Sunday and even then things still move they just don't deliver mail . I'm just so frustrated . sorry if I offended anyone I just don't want others to go through what I have

Epic you said it was lost. in which case i would file a claim with the carrier if it was insured. if not i am unsure of what else to say.

sounds like it was misdelivered then. in which case the carrier is at fault and the vendor may need to reship or file the claim in which case waiting to here back from the carrier is the first step in doing either.

Well, anyway, on a $300 order, I hope AC had the smarts to buy insurance.

At any rate, mistakes happen with USPS and all shippers. OP needs to understand that, although unfortunate, he/she will have to wait until AC can figure out what's going on. Again, mistakes happen and when they happen around the biggest holiday season of the year, it sucks, no doubt. But such is life.

Sounds like the OP just want's to trash Angelcig and not get his problem solved.

You do realize that between Jesus birthday and new years most companies office staff are pretty much on skeleton crew. In some cases this is when they get their family time. I know alot of people take just that time of year as a vacation or they save up and either lose the time or have to take it.
Im not saying that your frustration isn't warranted or misplaced. However, AC has been a good relaliable vendor for a while. Most here can tell you I've flipped on alot of vendors but, lets take a step back and see how it goes after they get their bearings from a holiday weekend. I'll bet this will get resolved shortly. If this were some vendor without a track record I would happily join in your quest, I hate seeing us as a community taken advantage of for profit, I just don't see AC doing that. -for the record I've only done bizz with them once, but I've seen them grow from selling just 5$ clones to what they sell now, that doesn't happen by screwing a tight nit community.
I am Sorry for your troubles though; just, keep in mind we are all in this together.

Looks like it's sitting in Oakland. It hasn't been delivered or anything, so it's just stalled. OP - chill, it'll get there. This is the USPS's lag, not the vendor.

I have to disagree I ordered a second package days after the first it already arrived this is much more than normal lag. but I will wait and see if it gets resolved thanks

EpicInk, you're a real card, you know that? You came here telling us that they told you it was delivered to the wrong address when clearly no one said that nor does tracking show that. "Issues with the address "IS NOT THE SAME AS "DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS".

Are you in a predicament? Yes. Your package is stuck in the postal system. It happens A LOT with all carriers ans is beyond anything the buyer and seller can do. AC will try to get to the bottom of it and I'm sure they will make it right. But no one is in business to lose money so things will take time. Just a little bad luck. That's all.

You can disagree all you like - truth is, it's not been delivered to anyone according to that tracking number. Maybe it got put on a shelf and the sorting employee forgot about it. Maybe it got kicked off the conveyor belt somewhere. Maybe gremlins seized it. But it hasn't been delivered to anyone, doesn't look like.

edit: like @toolsavvy said - it happens, a lot. It's happened to me, personally, a couple times now - where a package will just sit somewhere for a week and eventually move on like nothing ever happened. You should be fine, OP, with a touch of patience - believe that it's out of yours, and the vendors' hands.

You gotta understand. When you deal with Chinese retailers it isn't like dealing with Amazon. They are not about chance you getting $600 worth of stuff for $300. They are going to make sure before they make a move. Don't like that? Then china buying isn't for you then, quite frankly.

I know that and it doesn't matter. AC is a Chinese company but they just happen to have a US warehouse. The Chinese way of doing business is still the same no matter the location of the warehouse they are shipping from. ;) The Chinese business mindset/culture is very different the USA's.

When I've had stuck packages I've contacted USPS through the 'contact us' button on My USPS. They've always got back to me promptly and got the shipment moving (one was stuck on a conveyor belt going round and round LOL).

For a $300 package I'd definitely do that for a possibility of the fastest resolution.

That looks quite familiar. Also being in the PNW, I've had packages go from Federal Way to Los Angeles, then go out for delivery in LA, come back to Federal Way, then back up to me. I dunno, sometimes you just gotta shrug and hope it finds it's way home.

Mind, this only happened once or twice out of ... a lot of packages. Their win-loss ratio (at the USPS) is still quite good, all things considered.

Gotta love that crap. A friend of mine and I both ordered from vaporshart in Florida on the same day, our orders left the same day. It took 6 days for me to get the package in Louisiana and it took 3 days for him to get his up in PA.
