(Update)14 days Package still not moving

Did you contact usps?

If you did not contact USPS, then why not?

I just had a package, merely 1st Class, bouncing around in a local-ish sort facility (I assume that's what it is) for only two days. If it had not been moving today I would've called USPS and asked them WTF was up.

I think I mentioned above that I had a stuck package for 5 days. When I emailed them they discovered it had been going round and round on a sorting carousel and kept getting kicked back for some odd reason. They pulled it off and got it to me within 24 hours.

They said they are doing an investigation now said it would take 72 business hours .

Maybe kick the vendor over a little 'hey, uhh, sorry bout that. We cool?" memo. Y'know, for putting them on blast and all. Might be unnecessary to some, but I know that if someone said publically that I ripped them off for almost $300, I'd like to hear a little something-something to the effect. Meh.
