Harder throat hit after fill?

I don't know if it is just me, but it seems like right after I fill up my Herakles Plus, I get a harder throat hit. It's the same juice as the previous tank fill, so this has always boggled my mind. Any thoughts/ explanations?

Is it store bought or DIY?

Do you shake your e-Liquids?

As @SteveS45 was asking, do you shake the liquid before filling? The nicotine can separate into "pockets", and nicotine is one of the factors of throat hit. Just FYI, PG is the other. Therefore, you need to shake your liquid prior to filling your tank.

Do you get less of a throat hit as you vape 'down' the tank? Air/fluid ratios do chage internal pressures..
