The actor behind Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter film series, Tom Felton, has joined The Flash's third season as a series regular, TVLine reports.
Felton joins the cast as Julian Dorn, a Central City Police Department crime scene investigator who doesn't quite trust the high regard in which everyone holds Barry Allen, according to TVLine. As a series regular, Julian might have the time to prove whether he's a good enough investigator to piece together Barry's secret identity.
