I've had no problem with them. I forget my last shipment but I have something pending to Southern California that is taking 7 days to delivery.

Reliable, got my order in less than a week. I think they're in TX, but I'm not positive.

Many here have posted about their great CS, so I feel confident.
I've ordered from him several times, though not in a couple of months.
He's in Texas, and yes... he's very responsive to any issues that may come up.
Damned if I've gone and forgotten his name, we've e-mailed, I could find it.
He made a splash last fall saying he would maintain sale pricing until he had forgone one million in profit, or something like that.
This has both up and down sides.
What he has, on any given day, is generally very competitively priced. Or even lower.
But that means it sells out quick.
He does restock frequently though... and the e-mail notification system does work.
If you miss out on a product... use it. It may show up again in 2-3 days.
The shipping thing though... he sends items parcel post (I think) generally.
It's cheap but can take the normal 3-4 days... or a week.
I've had both... and one that showed up less than 48 hrs after I ordered.
I don't have a problem with it... just be aware.

I've used them before and would again. The only problem that I had was that I placed an order once at like 3am on a Friday morning and not a damn thing about shipping all weekend. When I asked I was told something about no shipping after Thursday evening. But it kind of sounded like maybe a cover because they were really busy and the ball got dropped.

I use them all the time and i get my stuff in a couple of days! I'm in Cali and they're in Texas. I echo what has already been said; great C.S., cheap prices, does sell out on some items, all authenic products, I've not experienced slow shipping and the auto-notify when something is out of stock does work.

So, yeah. They're legit.
I tried to order from them. They don't ship to Canada so tried to have it shipped to the border. They ended up cancelling my order because of the difference in shipping and billing address. Seem very security conscience which is definitely not a bad thing. I was ordering a Sig 213 from them. By the sounds of the some of the reviews, they may have done me a favor!!!
i have ordered from ecig.com, but i actually switched to fatdealvape.com its more compressed to stuff i would buy, because most of the stuff on ecig is stuff i dont buy anymore. not talking shit by anymeans, i just felt the customer service was better on fatdealvape.com vs ecig. i was willing to pay a little more for the service they provided, easier to navigate too
It's legit. Got my G2 Monday. I order from them all the time. They don't always have the latest and the greatest but what they do have in stock is normally cheaper than everyone else. Customer service is 2nd to none in the industry. Can't say enough good things about Josh and ecig.com. I've told this story before. Josh replaced my Janky X cube twice. After the 2nd time I wanted to get a different device. He sent me a Vt200 DNA device for the price of an x Cube. I'm a customer for life after that.

I've ordered from ecig a few times. Never had a problem. A time or two it took a day or two to ship, but other than that it's been very good. I ordered the VT133 from them last Friday and received it on Monday. I've only had one issue with something I ordered and the customer service was GREAT!!! It looks like they've moved, or moved their fulfillment to Oklahoma City, but no big deal. Also, I have used the "notify" when back in stock on several things and it has been perfect.

Got my ecig.com order today. So 2 days shipping to Ohio.
Was going to buy a Dripbox from ecig, price was good with coupon at $19, but shipping was over $5 which seemed high for that little mod.

I just ordered mine, looking forward to it. I'm pretty much a mech guy but wanted one more regulated mod in prep for FDApocolypse. Heard good things about it, even though it is an ugly beast

Well I will definitely say they suck 2 times I tried to buy from them. A few months ago I tried to buy a few things and they declined my card with no reason but took the money I called them and they blamed my bank, I called my bank and they said. They declined it and gave u know reason that is odd, my bank declined them taking my money and put it in my bank. Fast forward a few months I message ecig today and asked them if there was issues with ppl using cell phones to purchase stuff off there website cz that's what they told me the problem was the 1st time... Eric says no not that I know of or heard of. Ok great I order a few thing put my numbers in and order....my card gets declined do to my address not matching. I call the bank and ask them why my address is wrong and the bank tells me my address is fine your card shouldn't have got declined. She puts me on hold and comes back and says no sir it wasn't declined they took your money so I call Eric the guy who said there was no issues (Lier) and he tells me again. It's the banks fault. So I ask him why is this always happening he said we don't know the system has been acting up. Well what about when I was live messaging you earlier you said you haven't heard of any issues but now all of a sudden you tell me you have been having issues. Stay away from this shady company. Last year they were great but now they are horrible. Take my word for it or order from them and jump through the hoops for the bank cz I have to call them again to make sure the money ecig took after telling me they declined it is back in my account. My advise I'd much rather buy a product for 5 dollars more at another site then deal with this BS.
I've ordered from ecig.com many times and been pleased with them. I'm not sure the issue above is their fault as the same scenario has happened to me with Vaporbeast twice. And on one occasion I had a conference call going with Vaporbeast support and the bank and nobody could explain it.
The fact that I asked them 10 minutes before I made a purchase and them telling me there was no problems to there knowledge and then when asked again after the fact the same person told me they have been having problems and don't know why is shady. I'd much rather be told that they are having problems then lie and say they are not. That's the biggest problem I have. Like I said if it works for you great order but just know that you may be wasting an hour out of your day going back and fourth with ecig and the bank ironing things out
