Heatvape vMesh x1 - good choice??

I just heard about this mod yesterday on my search for a regulated device. I think you can call this device a regulated mech mod?? It has a pulse discharge of 100amps and 75a continuous battery and claims it can fire down to .1ohms @ 150w.
My understanding is it will keep it at 4.2v until the battery dies and you build your coils the way you would on a mech mod to control the wattage.

I am a mech vaper but I did own a hana modz and liked it for its simplicity until I put the battery in backwards and fried it. Been wanting to get a new device ever since. I own a volt meter and a ohm meter so the display on a vv/vw device isnt needed really and building coils to match desired vape isnt a big deal but it would be nice to change it on the fly if needed.

With all these temperature controlled devices coming out, I do want something that can give me the range I could want if I wanted to vape .1ohm @ 150w but find allot of this stuff like TC, puff counters, titanium/nickle wire a bit unneeded. I vape at .55ohm which is what 35w btw.

Mech mods are so straight forward with their only limitations on battery amp and volt drop. Are there better better choices? This mod sounds good to me but maybe theres something else out there that can deliver what I need...

I call bull shit on those battery spec's. They are way over exaggerating that battery cell.
If I were you I'd just wait for the reviews to come in and then make a decision.

And why don't they just make them to use standard 18650 batteries so we can change them out.

I just hate the idea of throwing away a perfectly good mod just because the battery died.

That's a good point. The only video review I seen the guy DID vape it pretty low but who knows how long that battery will handle that stress. And since its not a replacable battery, there would be some downtime waiting for it to charge.

didn't "that guy" I forget who, show how to remove and potentially replace the battery? I too was curious about this device when I saw it but decided it wasn't worth it for me.

I agree for the overated specs, but the unit is limited to 40AMPS-150watts, which at approx .1ohm draws approx 166 watts. I build at .2 so 88 watts very decent for my dripping duties.

Got one for 46.95C$ (37USD) today. At that price, for a second unit, even if it last me 3 months, I'll be in the money.

Will post my impressions when I get it.

On my continued search I got sucked into evolves pitch for temp control and burning coils/juice beyond safe levels where possible bad stuff could be inhaled. So I have a vaporshark on the way.
I haven't burnt any wick since I switched to Japanese cotton but I do pulse my coils to find hot spots. Which may or may not be a bad thing. Either way I like the idea of the cleanest vape possible and temp limiting has opened my eyes a little on juice degradation.

Now here's hoping I don't have any issues setting up the vaporshark!

I'm waiting for the Asolo 200 watts TC before swapping my Istick 50watts for a TC unit.

Got mine today,

Besides some of my RTAs and RDAs not fitting flush, this box delivers. Not too heavy, quality material. I'm quite impress with the overall quality and look of the unit.

I never had any dry hits with my istick at 50 watts with my silverplay built a .3 with UD claptoncoils taking a 7-8 seconds pull. Whit the Vmesh, dry hit after a 3-4 second pull with same tank, same build.

It works as advertised! Let's see how it does on the long run. I will stress this box to the max in the next coming weeks.

Those battery specs look a lot like my motorcycle battery. It's a fantasy battery.

The mod is actually locked at 40A continuous therefore the max 150 watt output a .1ohm.

This mod really rocks big time !
