Hey everyone,

My name is Moe and I'm a new vapor quitting smoking from over 18years now and honestly I'm happy with this. I have a problem with my KBOX 200 and do not know whether to post it here or somewhere else, but here it goes.


I am a new vapor and my first choice was Kangertech KBOX 200. I am so happy using this device and its amazing features. I got TOPTANK mini along with it and they go along just right. I had been using it for two weeks now and it works just fine. Couple few days ago, I took it with me and started using it and put it in my pocket and got it out again and it gave me (Kangertech logo in my screen) without pressing anything. I thought it is okay maybe I pressed something, but the logo started to show frequently every now and then. Tried to switch it off gave me Kangertech logo then switched itself on again. I even waited for the logo to show and wait just to fire the device, because when I press sometimes while the logo is showing, I don't hit anything or have any vapes and wait again for the logo to disappear and vape normally. The taste and the reading changes every time and the feels goes different. Tried changing the batteries, clicked on the device's batteries fingers to feel them spring and did everything, but nothing happened. Could you help me find a solution for this, please.

Hi Moe and welcome to the V/U family how old is that unit? If it's only a week or two I'd send/take it back.

Welcome to the forum, Moe. I'm with Jimi, if it's less than 30 days old, I'd contact the vendor and see what they offer for an exchange. Many are willing to work with you.

I concur with the others try and work with the vendor... Have you checked the battery contacts?
