Help-Can I use just PG for a day or 2?

Hi everyone, I needed help, and knew where to come.

I ordered 1 litre of Vegetable glycerin (Pharmacuetical grade) and it was meant to arrive yesterday, but it didn't, and did not turn up today either.

I have around 20ML of Vegetable glycerin left. That will probably get me through today, tommorow and some of Monday.

BUT, if it doesn't turn up on Monday (which would be EXTREMELY odd) Can I just use Propylene glycol, as I have plenty of that, just have run low on VG, ordered it in time so I would have it, but royal mail made a royal mess up.

Could I just vape Propylene glycol until it turns up? I guess the clouds would be small, but as long as I can vape, I will be happy? I may have to use less flavour due to it being 100% PG, but I just wanted to make sure this would work. I am 99.9% sure there is no danger or issues doing this, but even 0.1% is enough for me to make sure I am not doing anything unsafe.

As Exodus stated, yes you can. The only drawbacks I can think of are:
1. Your juice will be thinner so it might be more likely to leak.
2. With no VG your mixes might taste a tad harsher/less sweet.

I use 80% sometimes but only in a tank .

what % do you use? can't you just cut back on the 20 ml you have left?

I also vape 80% PG, leaking would be my main concern... and a SUPER dry mouth, with likely harsh throat hit. Little vapor, too.

I use 70 PG 30 VG, that is a good idea. I am just wondering when this last amount of VG runs out, which will be about 2-3 days, if I do not have the VG it will have to be straight PG. Maybe I will try some 50/50 or even 60PG/40VG.

80% pg? I am going to try that now actually. I will have a glass of water at the ready though, and I quite like throat hit, that was another reason I went from zero nic to 1-3 MG.

I should be OK and royal mail is just delayed, but if worse comes to worse I will have to use it for a few days. O

Ok I just tried 80% PG, and the throat hit wasn't that bad at all. It's not a bad vape actually, and I have enough PG to last for over a week now so will definitely be OK.

Seeing as 80% PG is actully quite nice, I am going to try different to my standard 70VG/30PG from now on and experiment. Maybe 50/50 and a few others, but since I have been DIY'ing I have always done 70/30 for some reason (I think there was a reason, but I can not recall why).

Probably due to sub-ohm. Thicker juices work better, to my understanding.
