i have 3 rda coiled, all of them shows different reading on my coilmaster 521 mini than on my smoant batllestar,

What are the readings? I don't have any experience with the mini, but I trust my full size 521. Should be fine to just average between the two for use on a regulated device, where safety issues come into play is a mech with lower builds. The lower the build the more of an impact a fraction of an ohm has on watts/amps. For a mech assume whichever reads lowest to be on the safe side.

A lot of the time it's down to rounding differences ...like cactus said need to know a little more info first on the differences you are seeing

i'm bulding for mech, i usualy use my regulated to check the resistance but for the heck of it i decide to check all my coils resistance and the coilmaster read higher than the batllstar on all of them, for exemple one reads 0.17 on the smoant and 0.21 on the coilmaster and these specific coil premade 0.3 so i was aiming for 0.15, any recomendation for super precise efficent ohms reader?

For safety go with the lower stat I'd say

The full size coilmaster 521 is well received by lots of people

I've always got on with my little Geekvape tab I got with the tool kit ...never been off more than 0.01 from my mods ...single 18650 battery though so can't hack dry firing them very well ...just use my mod for that

To see which is more accurate I would suggest a larger sample size or more readings from different devices. As King said also take into account rounding differences and device inaccuracies like a bit of contamination of the 510 pin can cause a different reading.

When I have 2 meters giving different reading and I don't know the accuracy of the meters I use the average of the readings......

Kinda depends on which meter is wrong or if either is accurate.

This is why I say you need more readings to judge which is accurate. Say a minimum of 3 MOD's and maybe an Ohm Meter.
