HELP dimitri mod not firing

This frustration Is going to be the end of me, I've got a dimitri mod and it fires once and a while but it's not consistent. I think the problem is in the strap that goes from the switch to the 510 adapter, on the switch side, the hole seems to being larger than the threads on the copper pin where it connects to. What do I have to do to fix this? I thought about soldering the strap to the adjustable pin but that wouldn't allow me to adjust it or take it apart ever to clean it. Thanks folks

When mine wasn't firing, I loosened the screw on the fire button just a hair, and it would fire all the time, and the button lock started working

Its all about the perfect connection and you will need to adjust everything until it fires the way you want it to. Make sure all contacts are all clean and shiny then adjust to your liking
