help, how to apply for wholesaler or manufacturer status?

Hi Forum moderator, I still can not figure it out who I can contact with to apply a wholesaler or manufacturer status in the forum after browsing the whole forum sections. So I am asking here with hope that I am not breaking the rules. It will be great if I can be informed the answer here, thank you in advance for your help.
