It is but it probably won't make much difference to them. They will sell to FT for the same price as they would to a US retailer and FT will sell to us a little cheaper than we would probably pay to a US retailer.
Only difference will be a 2 week wait for shipping instead of a 3 to 5 day wait.
I think there will be ways around this mess and who knows, maybe in the next 2 years a little more common sense will be used in amendments to the regulations.
If I were them I would make and sell whatever I could until I couldn't. 2 years is a long time to sell a lot of shit.

Hi no disrespect or do not take my comment as if I'm disrespecting or trying to argue with you that I know better, but I like casually smoking shisha and cigs and even 420 (I'm not saying this to like show off) basically I love smoking, why do people start off less powerful ? I mean if it wasn't to my liking can I not just turn the wattage down? I know whole point is to be able to use your device for what it was built to do and if you're not gonna use full wattage it can be deemed pointless to buy such box mod.
The reason I chose that device because it suits my personality and image and in it feels cosmetically right for me as it has an old school but a new touch to it? Also I'm a bit of a tech nerd so I like having my hand on powerful gadgets (not to sound spoilt I do it as a hobby and career wise too hopefully in future.
Anyway my point is I do constantly smoke and I have tried vape devices just never owned one, I know I would in future would want to make an upgrade so I thought I'd get this.

Most people do not start out blowing big clouds, because like smoking, it makes you cough. So most people progress from MTL atomizers, to RDA's, RTA's or cloud tanks.
Secondly, none of us who depend on our vape gear, only have one mod. Most of us own at least two, all the way to a large collection of them. Like all things, they can break or just die.
Third, I say again, NO ONE is vaping at 300 watts. So what is the point of buying some "boutique" type mod then? So it can run the wattage up in your pocket, you don't look at the screen before you hit it, and you burn your mouth? Ruin coils in the same manner? To say to your buddies you mod is the highest watts, but you won't even vape close to it's limit?
Look. It's your money, spend it however you want. You are either serious about vaping, or you are just out to make a "fashion statement" about yourself. If you are serious about vaping, you'll listen to the advice of other experienced vapers. If you are some kind of "hipster" then you are just going to buy the mod anyway, despite anything anyone else tells you here.
And besides, if you were a "techie" or a "nerd" like you claim, it would be DNA mods you would be looking at.
Again, it's your money. Spend it how you want. But it is obvious you didn't want help. Looks more like you wanted validation.
If you 420, then you should be more than ready for big clouds Direct to Lung hits. If you've vaped your friends and didn't cough a lung up, you know if you are ready for 60w to 100w+ vaping.
If you like the look of that smok, it's cheap enough @ $50, go for it. You certainly won't use 300w or even 200w, smok is not a very good brand, but that's a cheap price so if it's the look that attracts you to it... no harm, no foul.
If you smoke cigarettes and this may end up cutting down on your consumption, then that's money well spent. You may also get dual use out of it with your 420 but that's not something we can discuss in this forum.
Freemind and others have many good points and in my opinion there are many better mods for $50 or less but it's your money.
But do us a favor and when you do get tempted to hit it at 300w... post a vid of it here would ya?

I will post a video of me trying it, not of my face but as first person view haha, I'll have to do it with my phone or get someone to record me, and I agree it's just one of those things that probably wont end up being used to that extent, and yes I know about the 420 vape, I just see as as waste of 420 to be honest as lot of the crystals are wasted and quite risky, I'll stick to the ol bongIf you 420, then you should be more than ready for big clouds Direct to Lung hits.
