Help me choose! I want a mid range TC mod, looking at Smok Koopor, Istick 60w, and IPV D2.

I am getting ready to buy a new mid range TC mod. I dont want to spend too much and after much research i have narrowed it down to a Smok Koopor, Istick 60w and possibly an IPVD2 or IPV4S. Please let me know your opinions as I really would like to get this soon!

No personal experience with those, although I did order an istick 60w that'll be here Tuesday. I do on the other hand have an evic vtc mini, has 75w and does tc mode for ni, ti and ss. I've been using mine for about 3 weeks in power mode and tc ni & ss for a couple days now and I love this thing. Firmware updates have been available and took it from 60w to 75w and added tc ss mode. Has good power and I like the display compared to others I've looked at. I'm by no means an expert that's just my 2 cents.
I'm excited to see how the istick compares.

I have had an istick 50w for quite some time and its done well by me. I did just get a Uwell Crown tank and cant wait to use the NI200 coils in TC mode. Thanks for the feedback though!

I have an Atlantis set up with ni200 coil in tc mode and one Atlantis v2 set up with ss coil in tc mode and have to say the ss has better flavor.

My Crown has a .25 Ohm SS coil and a .15 NI coil. Right now i have a .5 SS coil in it. The flavor and cloud it produces even out of my istick is pretty impressive.

Ipv d2 man all the way. I have one of them myself and I bought the istick for my dad and between the two mine kicks his in the ass.

the d2 has a perfect hand feel and good weight to it and she is reliable. I use it nonstop morning to night no issue. my only complaint and it cant even be a complaint is the battery life but thats with all the single 18650 VWs cause I vape around 50-65w. My dad on the other hand keeps it around a cool 18-25 and his 3500mah lg can last him all day and he's like me, it never leaves my hand

also I rarely use temp mode, I have my own reservations about vaping nickel but when I toss on a titanium coil man its beast

Well, I believe the IPV4s is the only dual battery mod - so you can rule that out if you don't want to buy pairs of matched batteries.

Out of the others I ony have the IPV2 which goes to 75 watts (which you need if you want to run a Crown to its full capability). You might also consider the VCT mini for a 75w single battery mod (upgradeable, unlike the IPVD2).

For the price you cannot beat the Koopor + I just got mine in yesterday not that I needed it but will give you TC at all the popular levels
and give you room in case you do decide to blow a cloud here and there ..

no on the d2
its a great mod
but is being replaced wit hthe d3

ok best cheap mod
is the releaux x 200 around 50 bucks with ss tc updatability and 200w

if you want a 2 batt version go fo rthe koopor plus
1 bat version
try the smok treebox lite or xcube mini

Single 18650? Evic VTC Mini, IStick 60, or even the Cloupor Mini Plus. Capable and inexpensive.

I have the Cloupor mini tc. It has turned into my "take to work" mod. I really like it. I have an evic vtc mini on order.

Other than 5 watts and a new battery door it's not much of a replacement.

agreed
the d3 is a huge let down
but it also fixed the step down feature

im waiting on the release of a d5
but to the original OP

out of your orginal ones
if you mean koopor plus then thats the best one you got listed
if you mean koopor mini i would suggest either an xcube mini or evic vtc instead
also
since its price is so low
the releaux RX200 is almost unbeatable in terms of features and bang for your buck
but its new to the market and not fully tested yet
all signs point to a great mod SO FAR
but it is also a triple battery mod

I have sworn off Koopor/Smok products due to the way they screwed everyone on the updates for the Koopor Mini. I ended up throwing mine away after it broke shortly after the warranty expired. What a piece of junk. I really like my SMY Mini 60 TC. Its a great little box and the screen is really nice. I also have the SMY 170 TC and it is great as well. I would say that if I was buying a new mod, I would probably give the Releaux RX200 a try. Great features for the money and the 3 18650's should give great battery life.

I own 3, yes THREE evic minis. With the firmware upgrade it TC's SS and has 75 watts. Great size, great screen. Just buy the body, the Ego One Megatank is megajunk. You can find a linky dink here to get the body for $49. WHAT? Yup, under fifty US dollars for a fine little mod. SS TC mode rocks with a Uwell Crown on top.
Five different modes now, VW, Bypass, Ni, Ti, SS tc modes. Tight, light, sleek and no troubles yet to report.

Loved the evic but mine died at 3.5 months. And I got a huge run around from joyetech trying to replace it or get it fixed. Went with the beautiful treebox. I love it and its only flaw is battery life sucks. So I got extra batteries to fix that problem. Now as long as it don't stop working like my mint condition evic did ill be good.

I wonder how that new 75 watt single 26650 battery Sig is gonna be..? And how come more manufactures don't have a single 26650 bat mod..?

No more Smok products for me either. Had major problems with multiple X Cubes. Reuleaux is by far the best bang for the buck right now. Vapes beautifully and battery life for days.

I think the Evic VTC is about as perfect a vape you can get, for something in the D2 / Istick price range. I've had mine for the last few days and with the upgrade it does everything you need it too. I've been using mine with a Starre tank and Aspire Triton coil in SS temp mode and it's great. I think firmware upgradeability should be considered in whatever choice you make.

I'm gonna sell my istick 60 and get the evic vtc mini for the fact that it can do temp with ss coils and is upgradeable....

Watch out with your treebox. I've already had one returned to my vape shop because the owner tightened down his atty too hard and spun the 510 connection, breaking the wires. Finger tight! Gently now, gently.
I dissected the deceased treebox and was not impressed with their 510 connection. A nut backs the 510 and the wood inside is pretty smooth. It's a problem waiting to happen. For that reason, I like the pirates chest wood mod. The 510 is screwed to the top of the box. No spinny spin spin, no breaky.
