I wouldn't attempt to fire any of those builds with eFest...
As long as you're aware of what's hidden under the wrapper - I don't know about their 26650s, but specs are grossly misstated on their 18XXX series batteries. Also keep in mind they're not a manufacturer, a lot of what they're buying and putting their wrapper on is rejected product that didn't pass quality control with a legit manufacturer. If you "are good" with that, rock on and good luck - still a 0.11 ohm build worries me on a single battery mod...
I don't know what 26650 batteries are safe for different builds, would maybe peek around the Battery Junkies subforum for a look, but I never recommend going below 0.2 on much of anything mechanical...as a rule of thumb, "legit" batteries are made by Panasonic (though not many of them are good for vaping), Samsung, LG, and Sony - everything else is a "re-wrap" where companies buy "seconds," or batteries one of the manufacturers thought wasn't good enough to put their own logo on, and they usually exaggerate the specs, crossing their fingers no one blows themselves up (people inevitably do, but it's somewhat rare).
I have a couple old eFests dating back to before I learned all this, I run them in regulated mods or flashlights but won't let them touch my mechs.

The thing you have to remember about 26650 mods is that they were made for sony and pannasonic 50 amp continuous drain batteries that are no longer being manufactored. Most of your current 26650's are 20 to 30 amp continuous drain rated batteries like their 18650 counterparts. And I don't know about the most current 26650 batteries but one of the reasons I sold all my 26650 stuff before I got deep into it is I noticed that the voltage drop on every 26650 battery I had was horrible...worse than most of my 18650's I have...so before I went balls deep spending a bunch of cash on 26650 stuff I decided to just stick with 18650 sized gear since I have everything I need and didn't wanna rebuy my vape collection for something that seemed to preform worse than it's smaller counterparts. Higher MAH's on some of the batteries is the only advantage I can see and that gap is quickly being closed as new batteries are being designed and dropped on the market...if you're going for looks and form factor than by all means...I love the looks or them and Iove the huge chambers you get on some 26650 rda's...but just because you have a bigger battery doesn't mean it's safe to build below .2 anymore than it would be with a 18650 battery and mod...it might be worse depending on your battery and mod's metals it's constructed off.
Also, a quad coil build can get hotter than shit...you've got four coils in a small space with the room for the heat to dissapate limited and cotton taking up most of the breathing room...even if there isn't a short you're going to get a lot of heat bleed into your mech and such from all those coils heating up so damn quick, especially at that ohms....
I would seriously get a dual to quad battery parallel box mod that is either regulated, or unregulated with a mosfet and fused battery setup or just a pure mechanical multiple parallel battery setup for going below .19 and that's pushing it...all it takes is buying the wrong battery and not knowing it for something to go wrong and at that ohms it goes shit quick before you know what happened and there's no way to tell if you have the unlucky battery till it's too late...better safe than late I say...
