Help, pls? I am buying a vape kit on Mon.

I would like a cartomizer with a wick and battery and a general startup.

I am wondering if I should get the Subox and compile the kit, if it didn't come in a kit already?

I am beginning to think a Subox might be a better one than the cheaper others I had seen. I think I can get a Subox in town that day unless recommended otherwise.

As a starter kit its not really what i would consider as such...Its more so something you work your way upto in my opinion.

Is this your first venture into vaping?
Are you vaping to not smoke?

I think it's a good starter kit. It uses two different coils, one subohm .5 coil and a 1.2 coil. Lots of airflow options, so you can decide what kind of vape you like. Plus it has a rebuildable section, if you decide to venture into building your own coils. I wish I would have had a setup like that to start with.

I too think the Subox is a nice starter kit. A great mod and great tank, with options to buy replacement coils or build your own.

Going straight to a Subox would have been a far preferable path for me instead of all the money I wasted on different setups/mods/rda's/tanks in the trial and error of finding a great vape.

I've got a Subox, and it rocks.

The subbox is a good kit to start, or a simpler kit would be an Ego One Mega, 2600Mah battery, your choice of .5 or 1 Ohm pre-made heads, and you can use the CLR rebuildable heads with if should you choose to make your own coils and save some money.

Theres many many pros to going with at he subbox kit.

1.you can subohm but dont have to. SO you can start without sub ohming, and have the .5 coil there to experiment with so you can decide at your liesure if sub ohming works for you without having to go buy more stuff. Plus the mod will work for subohming

SO you have choices there and flexibility

2..the tank itself is easy to use and work with

3. the mod itself is VW so you can experiment with that without buying a new device when your ready

4. the mod and tank are small easy to handle and pocket friendly

5. If you ever decide to try and build you own coils, you have the deck form the kit right there to experiment with. But you dont ever have to use it if you dont want to, you can just buy pre built coils.

The important thing to keep in mind if your totally new to this is there are many ways to vape, this kit gives you some serious flexibility which can be overwhelming.

So if this is all new to you, start with the 1.2 ohm coils only set the box around 10 watts experiment with the wattage up or down a few watts, and find a juice or 10 you like. Don't worry about the .5 coil and sub ohming to your comfortable with what your doing and feel ready to have lots more clouds in your mouth and all around you. Sub ohming is nice for many of us, but its not for everyone.

The Subbox is a GREAT starter kit and will take you a long way! So many of us started with an Ego/Evod set up which at the time seemed great (it got me off ciggy's. But, we wanted more. The subbox kit will give you so many more options. I'd start with the 1.2 ohm coil and you'll probably want pretty tight airflow if you're coming from cigs. Nice thing is, you can adjust the airflow to your liking and that tank will even let you go to temp control mods with the nickel heads. Good thing for you is, that kit won't cost any more than what I paid for 2 ego batteries and 2 CE4 tanks.

The Subox is a great place to start. Make sure to get extra heads and a supply of E-Liquid as they go through liquid quickly.
