I have Tesla 2 mod and I love it now it won't charge it will only flash red and it's not the charger is it possible to rebuild this?

You may want to just buy another one, good lord they're less than 40 bucks and designed to be a toss-away mod when the battery dies. Buy something with replaceable batteries.
