Help!!! Request guide for building.

I have a box mod and an atty but my problem is deciding what build to make. I already bought a multi meter but the problem is I dont know what to do to it :(
Can someone please make a guide teaching us what to do next when we already know the resistance, ohms and everything in our vapes?
Problem is even though I know the resistance and everything I still dont get how do you apply it :(

go on youtube there are about a million coil building videos......just build something jump into the pool and get your feet wet ...just stay in the shallow end till you know what you're doing. get quality baterries with high amps and don't build below .5 ohms until you understand baterry saftey...of course if you have a regulated mod it should have a saftey cutoff check to see if it does....nowdays almost all regulated mods will let you build sub ohm but check.

Been a supporter for years. Not sure how or when I started watching them, but I love their team dynamic and the different personalities in the club. It also helps that they're one of the best clubs in the world ;)
