Help with Aspire Nautilus (large)

Hello again, I recently purchased 2 Nautilus tanks from a retailer called Sweet-Vapes. When I received the tanks one box had an authenticity code but when I entered the number on Aspire's site I was told that the Number had already been used. The second box had no number at all under the scratch off. I contacted Aspire about this and they asked for pictures which they claimed they never received after I sent them 2 separate times. They did tell me to contact the retailer and he too asked for pictures and I assume he got them. I asked him what he was going to do about the problem and he just said go ahead and use them because he said he got them from Aspire. I took him at his word and let the tanks sit until 02/06/2017 when I got some 70PG/30VG juice and new genuine Aspire 1.8 coils. I put 5 ml juice in 1 of the tanks and let it sit overnight. In the morning I had lost 2 1/2 ml of the juice as it leaked down onto the air chamber. Is it normal to have to leave the Nautilus in an inverted position when not in use or did I get ripped off? All I'm getting is the runaround from both the retailer and Aspire. Give me some advice please!
