Hey guys, new to the forums here and just bought a Hammer of God v2 to put some power behind my vape, and as this will be my first unregulated box I was wondering what a safe, powerful tasty build would be for a good starter. I mostly vape around .3 or .5 on my 200w Snow Wolf right now and I have a couple different gauges of wire but prefer 24g. Any suggestions or tips would be awesome! I have a buddha v2 on the snow wolf and have a Goon on the way for the HOG, should I switch them?

Awesome, thank ya! Definitely familiar with Steam Engine but I've only used the coil calculator part, i'll have to mess around with the battery drain section a little bit. Right now I'm running high-drain LG IMR 3000mAh 3.7 volts in the Snow Wolf and I just ordered 4 fresh LG HG2 and 4 LG HE4, that's one part I'm a little confused on. I definitely want to be as safe as possible and I don't build super low anyways but with so many variations in battery type I was a little nervous trying to pick the right ones. Thanks for the help!
Nah, ya did GOOD! The 2600mAh HE4 and 3000mAh HG2's are excellent 20a cdr (continuous discharge) batteries! TOP drawer. If you decide to go lower than .4 or .5 on a mech (not lower than 0.2!) you might want to think about getting some Sony VTC4's. They'll go 30amp cdr safely. The ones you have are theoretically safe down to .25, but nice to have a lil headroom. Doing it right, brah!

Just keep in mind the HOG v2 is a ParaSeries mod, meaning you have to follow the rules for Series coil builds, usually meaning never build lower than a 0.3Ω, anything lower will burn your cotton and lips/throat.
8.4V at 30A with a 0.3Ω build will be pushing about 250W through the coils. You should make Ohms Law your new best friend with this Unregulated Series mod, it has alot of power, and alot of potential for accidents too. Vape Safe!

Hey guys just wanted to say thanks for the advice again, sorry Im not as frequent on here lol but the HOG is a BEAST! and Mikey, I got it online but made sure it was still in a sealed box with the card of authenticity, I purchased a clone by accident the first time and it sparked behind the display the second I fired it so I never touched it again. Keepin the builds safe and making sure my batteries never drop too low and it's been awesome!
