Help with IPV4s

Was using it last night and the screen randomly went dark like the brightness was lowered and it kept getting darker and darker and now I can't even see the screen but it still fires and everything, not sure what to do and I've only had it for a week or two.

I would suggest contacting the vendor you purchased it from and see what options they offer. It should still be under warranty.
