Help with photograph

Ok so I'm taking pic with my LG v10 cell and I have 2 lights set up 100w each when I get close to my product to take a good pic I get these black lines in my pic of I cut the lights off there not there but it's to dark then my question is what is it and how do I fix it I want as close as a professional as I can get

Use diffused light. The lines indicate that either the focus is having a problem or the camera is getting light saturated and trying to compensate.

I'm not sure what that is diffused light I have a white 100w bulb in like the aluminum round light holders like u would put out side on a camper
