Help with VU Live please?

First, I apologize if this is in the wrong area...I did not know where to go.

I am not able to sign into the live show. Every time I put in my info, it says "processing" but isn't doing anything. Am I missing something or is there something I should do differently?

Edited to add: I haven't had any problems signing in for the past week

I got in with no issues at all. Did it have the "ok" box within the processing box? Did you try the link at the top of the forum, too?

One of the mods there asked if you're using your email or are you using your screen name there? Sometimes I've clicked on the "ok" box and got in, but that might also be coincidence.

There is an OK box but it just stays there and does nothing. I was signing in with my email. I have tried all links. I will try one more time....Thanks again

Yep, was my fault for signing in with email instead of username. Duh. Thanks again!!!!!
