I recently 3d printed a 'carbonite minion' from Thingiverse on my Titan 1 DLP resin printer then hot-melt glued it to my HexOhm cover.
Next, I molded the adorned cover in a two part silicone mold for resin casting. Once the silicone set, I brushed fine grain copper powder on the the face of the mold and mixed up a batch of urethane resin with more copper powder mixed in and poured into the mold.
An hour later and a little steel wool polishing I had a custom cast copper cover for my HexOhm that I call my Minion because it is always helpfully following me around and always within reach.
