Hexohm V2.1 Mod Questions

Hello! I was looking into getting a new mod, and I like the looks of the Hexohm mod. I like how simple and plain it is, plus a lifetime warranty seems pretty good. I have a couple of questions though:

1. It says regulated, so I am wondering how/what safety features?
2. What type of batteries would you recommend?
3. The biggest question I have is about what ohms to use on this? I usually just use my Crown tank with .5 coils - since they are dual, it would be 1 ohm correct? Is that too low?

And no concerning 1 ohm, .50 is what it is. Even with the dual coil.

Regulated means it has a chip that regulates the power, more or less. You need to buy two batteries at the same time then only use those two batteries in that mod. Make sure they always charge and discharged together.... If you are using Subtanks with pre-built coils, you don't need to worry about anything being too low. The .5 Crown coils wil work fine on the Hexohm.
