Strangely enough for a vaping forum, information about a website called Vip-Cigarettes. As to whether or not the place was legitimate. But I don't need any advice on it any more. Because I looked into buying cigarettes from them. As it turns out, they only accept bitcoins. That was enough to make me lose interest in the place.
