I tried FA Forest Fruit, but it's "present" longer during an exhale than TFA Cranberry, so it loses that series-of-flavors effect.
FA Black Currant is a little too sweet to work the way Cranberry does.
FA Pomegranate worked better than dark berries, but I still prefer TFA Cranberry in this recipe.

Well... I had to report that I made 8ml last night and .... I got no flavor out of this, cranberry was non existent, I bumped it to 6 drops (from 1.2) nothing, again up to 14 drops... nada

Really?? Wow. I absolutely love this one. I get Cranberry on the inhale with the Marzipan, then a taste of orange, then the creamy coconut, slight cookie. I just love this one.
That is really odd. TFA Cranberry is a super strong flavor to me, and here it tastes to me like @Huckleberried describes. It's not one of my lighter-flavored recipes. I think Huck and I both use tanks - could hardware alter Cranberry like that?
I hate to admit it, but I had the same issue as JayZ when I made this. So odd - yes, I suspect it is the hardware! As you know, I use Reos, with an RM2 - so basically dripping. I should make this again and try it in something else, because I know it's going to be good if I can get it right!
I use a mini protank for nearly everything, 2.2ish ohm coil. Really strong flavors go in my full size protank. I have a dripper, suppose I could try that out soon. So odd!

I have a few of the RGM2 Bottom Coil Clearomizers too. I loved them until I got a couple of RTA's. I still like them and use them when I leave my vaping lair.

Hmmm. That could be good. Or one of the dark berries. Forest Fruit? Bilberry? But DUDE, if you like cranberries at all, you NEED TFA Cranberry. Seriously. Use Mandarin in this. It's good with either, BELIEVE me. One of my all time faves.No Orange. No Cranberry.

No, I taste it. I just don't know if it fits. It did get better after a couple of weeks. I would make it again.
I love this from fresh mix on. I love the contrast from the Cranberry.
If I'm extremely organized (never) I make up the little bottles and labels when I place the order. Then when the order comes in I put 3mls in each bottle. They're alphabetized (well sort of). I was having a nightmare finding flavors before this! Then when I get the invoice I put them on a spreadsheet (err, sometimes) so technically I shouldn't run out of a flavor (but I do, all the time!). In theory this is a great system; however it assumes you always pay attention, and don't do the 'squirrel' thing - which I do with regularity
Amanda - The photo you posted in this older thread is no longer showing. When you have an opportunity, would you mind posting a pic of your setup? I'm just getting started in DIY but I can already tell, from the initial outlay on my flavor inventory, that I need "a system" to try to stay organized with.
Third recipe followed by this neophyte DIY'er. So, this is the one that my husband, whose taste-buds shed their mortal coil years ago, tried and within two hits said "Mmmmm. Is this a baked good with sunny fruit in it?" Giving consideration to the fact that he has NO flavor preference - even with three years of active vaping under his belt - due to an inability to really hone in on any flavor, I'd say we made significant progress today. What a brilliant vape this is! I opted to purchase Flavorah Cranberry when I placed my initial order. From what I've read the average mixing percentage is about the same (as TPA). I definitely taste a familiar "bite" in the background.
I'm still vaping this one from 10 minutes after it was posted. I love love love this one.

Nope, although, I did substitute, using mandarin instead. Bold huh?
