Lower ohm and a tank or RDA with lots of air flow..Also as much VG percentage as your wick can handle.

Depends on your device - mechs need low ohms to produce enough power to make clouds. Lots of folks with regulated devices are going to higher-ohm coils so they can get more surface area to heat and vaporize liquid on, since variable wattage settings allow you to deliver the same power to a much bigger coil than you would on a mech.
