High wattage building

Hey guys I just bought an ijoy maxo mod and I'm trying to figure out the best coils I can build to use it to its fullest potential any suggestions?

You don't need to vape at the max wattage of the device to get the full potential out of it...
Do you drive around at 165mph, you know, just cause you speedometer goes that high?
mine goes to 180 lol. my 1st nice car i got many years ago went to 160 and on the test drive i took it to 156. the salesperson wasn't very happy but fuck i like to test cars out before buying them

with that said take this advice OP bigger isn't always better. it's not a competition or something to show off. pretty much nothing you build will need all your watts. Grab a TFV8 tank if you want to have huge flavor and clouds. use their pre build coils and they have recommended wattages on them

I'm an rda user and I know I don't have to but I want to I'm not asking so people can tell me not to use its full power I'm asking so I can safely it's not a matter of need but of want

ok in that case this is my advice.
don't worry too much about resistance, with regulated devices it's mostly about surface area. more surface area = more wattage needed to heat it. you just have to make sure that you don't go below your mods limit which IIRC is .1ohm.

So get some fused clapton or alien coils. do a 3mm 6 wrap dual coil (what RDA? make sure it'll fit w/o touching any walls of it) start at lower wattage and then keep increasing it until you get the vape you want

What they are saying is:
Full Potential does not equal Full Power

Get the TFv8 and some octuple coils. They have 10 core coils that can handle 300 watts, or so they say. It will handle whatever your maxo can throw at it.

Or this ^^^
It's regulated, so it won't let you hurt yourself.

They just came out with a 10 core coil that can take 300w, but sounds like you may wanna build your own.

No it can't I've checked the maxo can push 315 out of the box
yes and no.
it does 315 watts but also has an amp limit. once you reach that limit it won't be able to add any more watts. they don't list that limit though.

the TFV8 has new .12 ohm coils (TF-T10) and based on that mods testing it only puts out about 225 watts with a resistance that low and those coils are rated for up to 300 watts. so technically the device can't push the TFV8 to it's limits.

My main point is don't get caught up on all the limits. the "watt war dick waving contest" manufacturers have don't do us any good. there is so much more to a good vape then high watts. i can make small builds at 60 watts that will kick the shit out of people vaping at 200 watts. there are a ton of factors

Just to clarify I totally agree with you I usually stay around 200 watts and the main reason I bought the maxo was battery life not wattage I'm mainly curious to see how it hits with a proper build with that kinda power

Yep, the Watt Wars are such a pile of bullshit, like Sigelei 213 which can actually only do 155 Watt's, not to mention can't even do TC accurately so they threaten to sue anyone who points it out .....

i doubt any build will have a high enough resistance to get that power out of it and have a good vape. maybe a quad 10 wrap 4MM ID kenthal alien but then my question is why lol.
