I stopped at a local vape shop for the first time this weekend and was going to get a house chocolate mint juice and the guy saw my arctic tank and said it would be too rough on an arctic and gave me other options instead. I'm relatively new to gaping but I've been vaping 50/50 to max vg from mbv fine. So he showed me other juices and I got Midas cinnamon chill which is 40vg and this is the first vape I've had that I felt was rough. Almost like a gag reflex that makes me immediately need to blow out not sure what that is either. But main question is do I need to buy "premium liquids" on my arctic or are the house blends fine and he was just trying to sell me more expensive juice?

What mg nicotine are you using?

It might just be too much cinnamon for my taste cause I thought that he may have given me a bottle with a high nic level but I checked the bottle and its says zero.

I have issues with a PG sensitivity. Some juices dont bother me to bad, but some I cant handle even a little of. I have been told its the difference in the quality of the PG. I mostly use Max VG Between my dripper and Artic Tank. I runn the .5 dual coils in the Artic at 50 watts and have no wicking issues.

If the shop owner suggested 40VG for an Arctic tank... you need to find a new shop. He should have suggested 40 or less PG and higher VG.

Yeah this was my first time stopping by this one and I won't be going back. Thought maybe he knew better than i did but I won't try anything with a higher pg ratio again.

The Arctic will take anything you throw at it... I'm currently vaping 95% VG in mine
