I would like to ship vape juice to overseas by USPS first class mail.
In custom form, can I write "Vape juice" as item description?

I would think that depends more on where it's going. Some countries won't let it in so you need to check that. I do know that some companies will ship juice as essential oils, aroma essences and other names that don't pose a problem with customs. I seriously doubt the USPS will give a flying fuck what you put on the label. It's not as if they're going to open it and then test it.
