How many packs a day am I smoking in nicotine?

Hey,

So I'm bad with math, I've read threads but cant seem to figure it out. I've been vaping for a few months now and was wondering how many cigs a day I'm smoking worth of nicotine. I vape about 10-12ml of juice per day and all of it is 3mg of nicotine.

What is the rough estimate of how many cigs a day I'm smoking equal to (doesn't make sense but that's the only way I can think of to word it)?

If you are vaping 10-12ml of 3mg/ml of juice you are smoking ZERO cigarettes. You are consuming 30mg-36mg of nicotine.

It can't be measured like that. You vape 4x more liquid than I do. I vape 6x more nicotine than you do. Reality is I'm vaping less than 2x the nicotine you do. I'm guessing you're cloud chasing which means you're blowing out a lot, of what we don't know for sure it depends on what study you see.
The nicotine in ecigs hit more like patches than it does with cigarettes.

Compared to cigarettes, I'd smoke a pack a day but a lot of those burned up in the ashtray where I lit them and set them down, I'd get one puff but it counted as a cigarette towards my pack a day. That's not the same as someone who only smokes half a pack a day but hot boxes all 10.

I vape comparably to how I smoked for the most part. I take a puff here and there. I do that more often but I don't have the sessions where I sit around vaping for 7 minutes solid. You could compare like that but only you can answer that.

It can't equal cigarettes because cigarettes contain tobacco alkaloids, plus hundreds of other chemicals. Nicotine varies from brand to brand, but the stuff that gets you hooked is cooked up in a Big Tobacco chemists lab and added as "flavoring compounds" to cigarettes.

I could say 15 Marlboro Reds, or 10 English Oval's, or 20 Winston Ultra Lights. But that doesn't matter. You are comparing apples to summer squash here.

Nope. The only place we close threads is in the member to member trade and sales area.
