How to find max discharge rate

Hi I just got a pair of batteries. Its a Litium ion batteries from Sanyo UR18650V I can find all the specs EXCEPT the max discharge amperage
Anyon knows how to find the max discharge rating of this?

sanyo is panosonic not a good cell for sub ohm vaping
I know its a rewrap or some sort of panaonic. One of my friend use it for sub ohming but why's that anyway?

If he's your friend then tell him to stop using it for sub ohming and buy a suitable battery to do it with.
There are plenty of 20A safe chemistry cells out there for cheap.

If it's in a regulated mod at higher wattage it will likely sag horribly. If it's in a mech he's playing with fire.
