Ok, so I really cant find ANY how to video on properly filling and wicking a tank. The filling part probably seems fairly easy..but the wicking. I think the reviewers just assume everyone knows how to do that.
I just received a TFV8 cloud beast (sent wrong tank but going to keep it) and it has the huge T8 quad coils. So how do yall prime your coils? On the baby beast...I put some juice on the slots on the side of the coil (where the cotton peaks through)...but do yall put juice down the middle of the coil? I never did...I just juiced the outsides and then let it soak in filled tank for about 30 minutes and it was fine. However I was told always put some juice in the center aswell. However when I do that I'm always eating juice for 30 minutes after I start vaping on it.
I did it with the new tank i got. I did the outsides and middle of coil and have let it set for about 30 minutes. Still tastes nasty and a little spit back and alot of crackling. Just kinda curious how yall do yours and the best way.
I've been told that the crackling is fine, and have been told if it crackles something is wrong. I've been told after it soaks to start vaping small pulls starting at a very low watt and work your way up, and I've been told you should be able to fill it and start ripping. Been told it can take a day for a coil to get broken in and loose that "new coil" taste, however with the baby beast...after about 10 pulls it was gone.
I've been vaping this cloud beast for a few hours and Still tastes like shit. Maybe because coils are so big? Thanks ahead of time for whoever responds advice and opinions- Happy Vaping
