Company CEO Cher Wang announced the date in an interview with The Telegraph, but made no mention of price or launch date. Vive was originally set to release in limited quantities last year, but was recently delayed to April.
Just last week, HTC pulled back the curtain on Vive Pre, its second-generation VR system for developers, which features a completely new design that is more comfortable, ergonomic and powerful.
