#Andycollins This shipping is awful, it is really off-putting. I have had a number of items in my basket over the weekend and shipping has made me not buy. Offering free or very cheap shipping is a pyschological thing and I think EfunTop are making a mistake here. Yes the prices are great but we have to go through a whole process every time to find out what the price is really!!

For myself it has worsened the experience with EfunTop. Why don't you just offer shipping option like Fasttech?

Personally, my only complaint is the lack of items in the US warehouse.

Guys, yes Efuntop is competitively priced.not sure anyone is and I am not arguing that. I have been using them for a long time now. The points that are actually being made is the new shipping charges. It is a pain in the arse going on the site. seeing a great price, but then you have to go through the checkout process to actually find out what the REAL price is. That's the frustrating part. To me it is a backward step.

@skeene I bought the eGrip from FT. Actually got it quickly and it's fine, but did not come with the full kit like the one you ordered. I hope you like it as much as I do. The stock CL coils are OK, but I bought a pack of CLR heads (rebuildable) and like them better. I can use my Native Wicks which last forever. I only rewick every 2-4 weeks. I think you'll enjoy it! Good luck!

Im pretty sure any "FREE SHIPPING" is if you buy directly from china shipped to your door..Anything in stock in the USA warehouse you will pay shipping for like any other place..USUALLY USA vendors who offer free shipping have much higher prices...the majority of them anyways.

If you buy something from the usa warehouse that isnt in stock it gets shipped to the usa warehouse and then shipping will be added FROM the usa warehouse.
