When mom was living out in the country there was an owl that kept hanging around her yard. Well, it was waiting for a chance to swoop down and take one of her doggies. One a little Chihuahua and the other was a little Pomeranian. However, the owl was more interested in the chihuahua Maggie. She had to go outside each time with Maggie just to make sure the owl wouldn't get her. It was pretty amazing how the owl had that much patience day n and day out, it never gave up it's hunt for Maggie.
The owl did do it's job at getting a snake, it was pretty cool seeing it. Reminded me of seeing a hawk flying over with a snake in it's talons, that was pretty cool, too.
Anyway, mom moved and she hasn't seen any owls around hunting her Maggie :)
