I can't believe this, but I am happy about it.
I own a few mechs, a lot more regulated mods though, and recently have been using my 26650 mechs and enjoying them, but not finding them as good as a regulated mod-until today.
I remembered I had a dual parallel mod due to a thread on here, the Abaddon, and dug it out of a bag.
It was my most unused mech.
I put on my hexagonal steam crave RDA, with a fused clapton in, just at 0.45, not super low, and all I can say is WOW.
I am getting the most instant power out of any of my mechs, the fused clapton is heating straight away, and chucking loads!
I know that this would not work, but I checked anyway-I checked I had not accidentally put the batteries in series due to the speed it is heating, the vapour it is chucking, and the flavour.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get my other mechs, such as my Nemesis's, my all copper angel, and my 26650 mechs working as well as the abaddon, or as close to as possible? I understand it may only be a as close too, not as good performance, but anything to make the others work better would be fantastic.
I understand battery safety, Ohm's law, safely building, as I learnt all of this when I started to use regulated mods, I started building pretty much as soon as possible when I got my first mod last year.
If I could get my other Mechs working anywhere near as good as this though, I would be very, very happy indeed.
So really, I know a bit, but is there any way you can think of that I can improve the performance of my other mechs? Or is it due to the abaddon being a dual parallel mod? I can't think why, as it still is 4.2V(I know being dual parallel safe amp load gets an increase, but I am pulling under 10A, and that is at 4.2V), but it works so much better than my others.
Thanks to anyone that can help,
Conan.
