Charge Error Alert: when no current is detected in charging state, the screen will display “Charge Error”.

Check your power supply your usb cable and then the usb port, its may be either just loose or done for (or the battery is done for possibly, but i think that might display a different message)

Edit-check your batteries are in the right direction too, possibly

I think My batteries are fine Because when i use external charger it just work fine but take ages to charge it up ! Might be a port issue or might be batteries.. so confused 🥹

Turn your mod on, if it turns on, your batteries are in the right direction, if it doesnt, check they r installed in the right direction

Plug the usb into something else.
If it charges something else its your usb port, if it doesnt its your charger

Very easy

I try connecting it with my pc via usb port and its working fine ! It just not provide the current to batteries i think it's any hardware issue. 🥹

If you haven't had the mod very long, get in touch with the shop you bought it from; you may be able to have it replaced.

Sounds like an internal device malfunction to me.
